At Sweet Vana, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order placed through our website.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting us via email.
To request a cancellation within this time frame, please email us immediately with your order number and cancellation request.
Once the 30-minute window has passed, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval or return inspection, depending on the situation.
Order Not Yet Received
If you have not yet received your order and it has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned after delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address:
